Do You Also Have This Bad Eating Habit?

I don’t know about you, but I can
be eating perfectly.

Good quality food. Clean eating
habits. No problem and then….

I have to go on a business trip,
or on some type of travel and then
everything just gets ruined.

I find myself grabbing what’s available
in the airport because there’s really
nothing that good to eat and then
what worse is that I find myself
eating the unhealthy food and
snacks on the plane.

This then becomes a problem when I
finally get to my destination home
base or hotel, where I am so malnourished
due to these doggone airlines not feeding
you that I dive into a meal that
is all wrong.

Before I know it, I’m back home
and 3 to 5 pounds heavier….and
pissed might I add.

I have, or should I say, had, this

I was able to solve it.

Here’s what I did.

Everything I ordered in the airport,
I ordered a sandwich. I used to order
a salad, but they don’t have low calorie
dressing in the airport so I order a

I remove the bread and roll up the meat,
cheese and lettuce and tomatoes and
eat up. I have this with my favorite
sugar f.r.e.e. soda beverage.

Then I order an extra sandwich for the
plane and do the same thing.

By the time I get to my destination, I’m
no longer hungry and I make it my business
to make sure that the first thing that
I do when I get to the hotel is to
work out. PERIOD.

That way I stay on my routine.

The small key here is to NEVER break
your routine. Once your home routine
is broken, your whole trip will be out
of sync and then it will be even harder
to get in sync when you get back home.

Then proceed with the rest of your trip
by making quality food decisions.

While on your trip, continue to do the
Bodyweight Workout, or what some of my

and workout while on the road.
