Lose Fat and Increase Metabolism with Strength Training

Auto Date Friday, August 29th, 2008

That extra body weight can get in the way of many things, but you are not sure how to lose the weight and feel great.  Maybe you considered doing aerobics, but you found the exercises to be tiring, boring, and you did not see the results that you wanted to see.

Strength training is a viable alternative to the boring aerobic workout.  You can lose body weight, tone your body, and have results that you can see immediately.  If you do not want to wait around for that great body, this is the route that you should take.

With strength training, you do not need a personal trainer or a gym membership.  All that you need is a dedication to the workout.  You will be able to lose weight in those hard to workout areas such as your abdominal area, which will create an instantly slimming look.

With strength training, you can also speed up your metabolism, which will help you keep those excess pounds off of your body once you rid yourself of them.  That can be one of the most important things when it comes to staying in good shape.

Exercise does not have to be hard work.  With the proper strength training, you can cut down on the amount of time you spend working out, but you can still see great results.  Do not limit yourself to the traditional types of workouts.  Give yourself the opportunity to have fun with your workout and lose body weight at the same time.

============
Introduction
============

I had a conversation last night with an individual who was a
strength and conditioning coach who was finishing up his rotation
over the summer at a baseball facility and he wanted to know what
he should do next.

He paid for his consultation call, he was on the phone, he was
asking me questions, I was answering and then he asked me,

“So, Rhadi, what do you think I should do next?”

I paused for a second because the conversation was about the
supraspinatus, the infraspinatus, the transverse plane, generating ground forces, the most efficient way to swing and then get to first base, etc.,. And then out of the blue, he asked me a Dr. Phil type of question.

Now don’t get me wrong, this doesn’t bother me and I take these
type of questions often, but I just wasn’t ready for the change-up.

I paused and I said, “Bro. I dunno.”

He said, “You don’t know. What in the hell does that mean. I didn’t pay you for you to get on here and tell me that you don’t know.”

I responded, “Yes you did. Because my job is to be honest with you and not to lie to you. My job isn’t to push you down a career path that you don’t want nor is it so provide you with some advice that you don’t have the capacity to perform. And furthermore. How can I tell you what to do and I don’t know what it is that YOU want to do? How about we start with that?!? What do you WANT to do?”

He said, “Well obviously I want to coach.”

I said, “Where? High School? College? Olympic Sports? Personal
Coaching? Life Coaching with a health and wellness component? What kind of coach? And most importantly how much money do you want to make?”

He said, I just want to be a strength coach. I don’t care about the
money.

================
Quite Admirable and
Quite Stupid
================

Fortunately and on some days, unfortunately, I drive a car. And it doesn’t matter if I care about money or not. Guess what? My car does. My car wants to be insured, if wants to be fed with gas and it wants to be kept in good conditioned. And my son, he enjoys drinking soy milk. He absolutely loves Vanilla Soy Milk with a hint of Hazelnut coffee creamer and I enjoy Whole Bean Starbucks coffee.

Now, I’m not big on money, but the people at the grocery store…
those bastards will not let me walk out of there without paying.
They’re a bunch of money hungry bastards!!! And because of them, I really have to pay attention to money. Otherwise, I would just
walk around and not care about money. But unfortunately things
don’t work like that.

I told this young chap that it is important for him to think about helping others, but the one mistake that a lot of us personal trainers and strength coach make is that we forget sometimes to take care of ourselves.

For instance. We workout our clients, but we skip a day of working out.

We give our clients nutritional advice that we don’t follow.

And we give and give and give. And that’s great. We are in the
GIVING BUSINESS. But the one thing that we cannot forget is that
there is a time to reap and a time to sow.

And with that I really had to “coach” him on the business side of
Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training.

This dude had all the technical knowledge necessary and he
graduated from college and also had his Masters Degree and was just finishing up a rotation in the MLB (Major League Baseball). But what he didn’t know was how his passion was going to support him and how he was going to support his passion.

I was like this guy when I graduated, finished my Olympic pursuits and entered the coaching arena full-time. I partnered with a cool dude who told me that I had to “pay my dues” before I could get paid.

I thought that was right. Hell, at least it sounds good. The only problem is that while I was “paying dues” my wife wanted me to “pay the mortgage” and the “car note” and “the insurance” and everything else that my partner was paying in his home while I was influenced to “pay dues”.

I soon found out that paying dues meant, “You make 1,000 a month,
while I make $20,000 a month and then I’ll tell you when you
deserve to make more.”

Which is cool. In hindsight I can see why that was the right thing to say and do. I could see how and why you would want to tell someone like me that and try to program me with that bullsh–. It’s because they feel like they “own” and industry or a place. But there’s enough “space” and “money” here for everybody.

And because I know this, that is why I want to tell you what other people won’t and share with you what was kept from me and what people never told that young man I was on the phone with last night when they were telling him that he needed to take this class and that class and do this rotation and “pay his dues”.

Your “due paying” is up.

NOW ITS TIME FOR YOU TO GET PAID!

Let me show you how. Hell, you deserve it

Be Your Own Personal Trainer

Auto Date Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

The idea of going to a personal trainer at the gym can be rather daunting.  It is scary to think of going to a person who has the perfect physique so he can try to get you in shape.  In fact, the idea of working out in front of anyone can be a bit uncomfortable.

Of course, it’s not just that you do not want a personal trainer to see you in your spandex with sweat rolling off of your body.  The money is also an issue.  Parting with your hard earned money so someone can help you build muscles and lose body weight is not exactly satisfying.

What you may not realize is you can save that money that you would pay a personal trainer and spend it somewhere else.

Does that mean that you will not be able to get the kind of body that you could get with a personal trainer?  No, you can still get a great body.  You can get all of the benefits of strength training with a professional, but you do not actually need to leave your home.

By working out at home, you can save your gas that you would burn going to and from the gym without sacrificing a great workout.  You can sweat at home, and do all of the strength training you need.

If you want to workout on your own terms, this is the plan for you.  Make your home into your own personal gym, save money, and get the body that you have always wanted.

Have You Seen This Video Yet?

Auto Date Tuesday, August 26th, 2008

I’m pretty sure that you have seen this video, but if you haven’t, here it is

I’m going to really NEED for you to get this DVD while it is still f.r.e.e.

I watched the Olympics and I’m telling right now that one of the main reasons that we had so many problems in terms of domination is because the pool of people that we have to select from now-a-days are just NOT IN SHAPE. We are too big, too slothful and we eat too darn much.

We cannot have GOOD teams without having GOOD athletes and we can have GOOD athletes with parents and adults being GOOD role models, not only morally but also physically.

So let get on the ball good people and start getting in shape right now, today.

Strength Training: Not Just for Building Muscles

Auto Date Tuesday, August 26th, 2008

Do you want to get in shape, but you do not know which workout program is right for you? If you have not considered strength training, you need to take a look at all of the benefits such a workout regime offers.Strength training does not just allow you to get stronger and lose body weight, although those are definitely two of the perks. Actually, it offers many things to people, including:

o A reduced risk of premature death
o A reduction in high blood pressure and cholesterol
o A slimmer physique
o Help with anxiety and depression
o A smaller chance of developing diabetes

If these reasons are not enough for you to start with strength training, there are also other things that these types of exercises offer. You will feel great during the day, sleep better at night, and you will be less tired. You will have increased stamina in all of your daily activities by doing a strength training workout a few times a week.

This is the perfect type of workout for people who want to gain mental and physical strength. Your self confidence will soar and you will feel better about yourself than you have in years, while you look better at the same time.

Strength training is not just for body builders. People of all shapes and sizes can take advantage of the workout, as can both men and women. If you want to look and feel great, include this type of training in your routine.

I Want To Apologize

Auto Date Friday, August 22nd, 2008

Do NOT Click here –> http://rhadi.com/trainingbiz/

Read BELOW First

To all of those that I have had the privilege of speaking to and mentoring in the personal training and coaching industry, I want to apologize.

I want to apologize because, while you were learning new exercises, new protocols and new training techniques, I should have also let you in on the secret of how to get more clients and make more money.

That part wasn’t fair.

And although I’ve been super blessed to train some of the top notch athletes in the world and to have been mentored by some of the best strength and conditioning coaches around, I should have let you in on the secret that I learned from them that they DO NOT SHARE at their seminars and that is how they make the money that they make.

You see, this part, I figured out.

And quite honestly, it has a lot of my ‘former’ colleagues pissed. But, hey, it’s not my fault.

I’ve found out, in life and from my religious background that the more that I give, the more I tend to receive. This is why I put out all the videos at no charge, the teleseminars at no charge and write all the great information on my blogs at no charge. Because I understand that giving is paramount for success.

Now I want to give you the secrets to making more money in the personal training industry.

And to be quite honest with you. It’s simple, after I explain it. The question is, will you be able to pull the trigger and upset the “big wigs”
and “the establishment”. Because these people will think that you are taking “their” money because they are, quite honestly, stupid.

They don’t understand that their is enough money to go around for all of us.
They think by not telling you the secrets of success in personal training that they are somehow “holding” on to their “spot” when quite honestly, all they are doing is hurting themselves because they are not “giving”.

In 2008 I was determined that I was not going to “take” myself to the next level, but that I was going to “give” myself to the next level. And this new Audio CD about “Success In The Personal Training Business” is just one way that I’m doing that.

I’ve been blessed and I want to share what I’ve learned with you.

I certainly hope that you take the CD and the offering of this CD as a chance to catapult your income into the next stratosphere.

Get The TRUTH about CEUs

Auto Date Wednesday, August 20th, 2008

For those of you that don’t know what CEUs are, they are Continuing
Educational Units.

CEUs are usually necessary in order to keep your personal trainer
certification valid or en force.

Most organizations require an insane amount of CEUs which are quite
honestly good.

=========
The Good
=========

CEUs keep you informed about what is going on in the field and they
allow you to better serve your clients and clientèle’s by having the
cutting edge information about training.

==========
The Bad
==========

CEUs take up a huge amount of time. It usually costs a great deal
of money to travel and gain the ‘extra’ knowledge and more often
than not, this increase of knowledge DOES NOT increase the amount
of money you make.

===========
THE TRUTH
===========

Think about how we’ve been fooled to think that we need more and
more certifications to make money. I mean really. At the time I’m
writing you this letter, I’m CSCS Certified, I’m CPR, AED, and
First Aid Certified, I’m a Certified Sports Performance Coach
through USA Weightlifting, I’m a Certified Club Coach through USA
Weightlifting, I’m also an A Level Judo Coach certified through USA
Judo.
SHEEEEEEESH!!!!!

All I can tell you is this.

NOT ONE OF THOSE CERTIFICATIONS EVER MADE ME ANY MONEY!

THE SECRET TO MAKING MORE MONEY IS NOT IN THE CERTIFICATIONS!

Would you like to know the secrets shared by the people who
‘actually’ make money in the personal training and strength
coaching business?

Well, it’s not about starting capital. I can tell you right now,
that I started with nothing. As a matter of fact, I was in business
with a personal training “guru” and lost EVERYTHING, but in that
losing everything I learned EVERYTHING that I need to know about
this business. I had a bad business divorce with my former business
partner in November of 2006 and in 30 days I made $24681.61. And I
did it with what I’m going to give to you on my new CD Success in
the Personal Training Business.

I just want to give you some help in the personal training business
so please look out for my email tomorrow for the release of my new
Audio CD “Success In The Personal Training Business”.

Attn: Personal Trainers – Put Your Personal Training Business On ‘Cruise Control’

Auto Date Tuesday, August 19th, 2008

Would you like to know the secrets shared by the people who ‘actually’ make money in the personal training and strength coaching business?

Well, it’s not about starting capital.

I can tell you right now, that I started with nothing.

As a matter of fact, I was in business with a personal training “guru” and lost EVERYTHING, but in that losing everything I learned EVERYTHING that I needed to know about this business.

I had a bad business divorce with my former business partner in November of

2006 and 30 days later I made $24681.61!!

And I did it with what I’m going to give to you on my new CD Success In The Personal Training Business.

Just to let you know, making money in the personal training business is not about I.Q. or being super smart. I have met some people in my Coaching Groups who are far from smart, but they make a good living. And they do so because they GET THE RIGHT INFORMATION and APPLY IT!! …and now you can too.

Just to let you know, making money in the personal training business is not about who you know. That’s an Old myth, I find this an excuse made by poor people. “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know and I just never had the connections”.

I have known and helped many personal trainers and strength coaches like yourself who have helped many people, grown their businesses and have done quite well for themselves. And they don’t know ANYBODY!

Here’s what they do KNOW. They know the BIGGEST SECRET of all when it comes to making money in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning.

The Biggest Secret of All is positioning and marketing!

More than any other skills, marketing and positioning makes all the difference between a struggling personal trainer or coach and someone who is on financial “cruise control”

On Thursday, August 21st I’m going to REVEAL the secrets to being successful in the personal training and strength coaching business on my brand new CD “Success In The Personal Training Business”.

If you are a personal trainer or strength coach, do not pass up on this.

(as a matter of fact, if you coach at all these secrets can really help you).

This Audio CD will be at a super low price, under $100. Heck under 50 bucks.

So look out for my email on the 21st of August.

Take care.

Great News
===========

If you are a personal trainer or a strength coach, then I have some great news for you.

On the  21st of August, this Thursday, I’m going to provide you with some information that is going to change the way that you look at your career and your ability to help others as well as yourself.
If you are like me, you’ve probably seen your income level at the bottom and then seen it rise only to see it hit its cap because there are only so many clients that you can handle and because 9 times outta 10 you don’t really control your pricing or what you charge your clients.

If you are a strength coach, it is even worse. Your work is one that is a truly a labor of love because there is really little to no money in the profession unless you are one of the  “big dogs” and the big dogs are all getting over on you by telling you that you need to know more and get more certifications. When both they and you know that more certification ain’t going to bring you any more money. But, they are certainly getting rich off of you (believe me when I tell you that). The biggest get over game in fitness are all of these super-mega-conferences about a bunch of nothing.  Most of the population of people need to get more active. That ain’t no news flash. Nor is it news.  What you need to know is how to make more cash in the fitness game.

If you are a personal trainer or a strength coach and you are interested in making some more money while you are helping people achieve and attain their fitness goals, then my new CD which will be fully release on Thursday entitled, “Success In The Personal Training Business”.  I want to tell you right now that this CD ‘breaks all the rules’. And it is the main reason why I had to part ways with one of the ‘gurus’ in the fitness industry and why he now calls me for business advice.

Needless to say.

I’m the real deal and I want to show you how to, not only be the “real-deal”, but the things that you can do to increase the size of your pocket.
